Lawngevity shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or third-party service provider actions, including subcontractors.

Refund Policy
1. Returns and Refunds

Unused Products: Clients may return unopened and unused artificial turf products within 14 days of purchase for a refund, excluding custom orders.

Custom Orders: Custom-cut or specially ordered products are non-refundable.
2. Installation Services

Service Cancellation: Clients can cancel installation services up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service amount.

Post-Installation: Once installation has commenced, refunds are not available. However, workmanship is guaranteed as per our warranty terms.
3. Defective or Damaged Products

Inspection: Clients should inspect products upon delivery. If defects or damages are found, notify us within 7 days.

Resolution: We will arrange for repair or replacement of defective products at no additional cost.
4. Restocking Fees

Applicable Returns: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned products that are not defective.
5. Refund Process

Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
